The First Miner Rescued in Chile

The first of the Chilean miners was rescued from the San Jose mine about 1 1/2 hours ago.   The thought of being contained 1/2 mile under the earth's surface for 69 days is much more than my mind can fathom.

Please pray that the other 32 are brought home safe and sound to their families.

I stayed up late last night, so that I could see the first man come up. I ended up not going to bed until after the second one had made it to the surface! I'm praying for them all, because they've got a long road ahead of them, physically and psychologically.

A story very close to my heart and many in my state (WV). Can't imagine what these men went through down there.

I couldn't get enough of this fabulous rescue!!!!
I sat in front of the TV until I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore - and then I taped it!!
That outcome was such a relief!!
Best,

I'm sayin....... What these men have been through...well, I don't even think we'd want to wrap our minds around. I'm just thrilled they are above ground with the support of their families. I was wonderin' the other night is they sleep with the lights on?

God bless ya and have a beautifully blessed day!!! :o)
